There's one of those bank thermometers on my way to work and it seems every time I want to know how cold it is, it shows the clock, then switches over to Celsius, then back to the clock and by the time it's ready to show Fahrenheit, I'm already past it. Does anyone really care about Celsius? It's ridiculous that they show both.

Hi, well you see, in like every other country other than USA and UK... people use Celsius.
So it's reasonable to show both in a thermometer, that way you don't have to make different thermometers according to the country they are going to be sold...

To be honest, I actually prefer Celsius but I don't know how to read it. I only know that 0 degrees equals freezing which makes more sense to me than 32. At the end of the day, I think we should pick one and stick with it. I also favor the metric system by the way.
